Claim Your Benefits in the Helpr App
After your visit, upload your receipt in the app for reimbursement. You’ll get an update on your request within 1 business day.
Reimbursements are based on Sam’s Club’s hourly contribution. To ensure timely processing, submit all requests at least 5 days before the end of the benefit term.
How To Utilize Center Care
Using center care with Helpr requires following a few simple steps.
Path 1
Select a Local Care Center
Drop off your dependent at a local care center.
Check-in
While your dependent is at the care center, check-in for your shift in the Helpr app.
Request Reimbursement
After care is provided, upload your receipt to the Helpr app to request hourly reimbursement.

Choose a Partner Center
Use the Helpr app to search for nearby partner centers and select one for scheduling.
Check-in
