Helpr subprocessors are third-party service providers we've authorized to help deliver, support, and improve the Helpr platform.

  • Anthropic PBC (USA): To enhance content and materials as part of the Helpr service
  • Apple Inc. (Global): Sign in with Apple, Apple Push Notification service, and mobile application services
  • Auth0, Inc. (USA): Enterprise authentication and single sign-on for corporate users
  • Box (USA): Cloud content management and file sharing
  • Calendly, LLC (USA): Meeting scheduling
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (Global): DNS, content delivery, traffic routing, caching, web application firewall, DDoS protection, TLS termination, and website security
  • DocuSign (USA): Electronic document signing and approvals
  • GitHub (USA): Source code management and version control
  • GitLab (USA): Source code management and CI/CD
  • Google LLC / Google Cloud Platform (India/USA): Third party hosting/sending and email/communications/analytics provider
  • Help Scout, PBC (USA): CRM and FAQ hosting
  • HubSpot, Inc. (USA): CRM synchronization, marketing, advertising, and related communications
  • Intuit Mailchimp / Mandrill (USA): Transactional email delivery
  • ipify (Based on hosting configuration): Public IP-address lookup used for whitelist checks, maintenance mode, or access-control functionality
  • Merge API Inc. (Based on hosting configuration): Enterprise SSO and authentication for corporate users
  • Metabase, Inc. (Based on hosting configuration): Internal business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics dashboards
  • Notion Labs, Inc. (USA): Internal team communications and organization
  • Okta, Inc. (USA): Enterprise SSO and authentication for corporate users
  • OneSignal, Inc. (EU): Push notifications, segmentation, engagement tags
  • Open AI (USA): To provide content and materials as part of the Helpr service
  • Slack Technologies, LLC (USA): Internal team communication
  • Stripe, Inc. and applicable Stripe affiliates (Global): Payment processing, card tokenization, invoices, charges, refunds, Stripe Connect onboarding, identity and account verification, transfers, and provider payouts
  • VistaPrint (USA): Print fulfillment, custom packaging creation, and physical mailing services
  • Wise and applicable Wise affiliates (Global): Alternative payout method for providers, particularly non-US providers
  • Zapier (USA): Workflow automation and app integration
